I found this blogpost w/links to pay materials created by a teacher. I'm linking only because I found it... not because I'm endorsing it. As many things that me & my groups make & share w/ others, I have a hard time putting materials that require a fee, because I don't want anyone thinking I'm advertising.  This is for informative purposes ONLY... what you do w/this info, is up to you!
