U.S. properties report a 6.72 percent decline, partly due to a 46.04 percent year-over-year fall in Canadian bookings and a 7.37 percent drop from Mexican guests. ADR for U.S. properties is $317.29 for June through August, down 3.86 percent from $330.03 last year, SiteMinder found. Regional results vary: Texas hotels report a 6.04 percent ADR increase, while Florida properties show an 8.76 percent decline over the same period.
