Marco Selva is the new senior vice president of business development and operations at Stonebridge Cos., focusing on expanding its luxury, lifestyle and resort portfolio in the Southeast, Caribbean and Latin America. His appointment supports the company's efforts to strengthen its market presence, Stonebridge said in a statement. Stonebridge is led by Founder and Chairman Navin Dimond. Selva will open a Miami office and target high-end projects across the region, aligning with Stonebridge's growth strategy, the company said.
