Cooling pads and an environment that allows plenty of airflow are just the beginning. At the very least, you'll want two fans inside the case to circulate air.

Consider advanced cooling systems that use a liquid cooling system because they are more effective than the traditional air-cooling of a fan. If you're a DIY type, you might consider a multi monitor trading PC with a mineral oil base, too.
