Tours and Travel firm Cox & Kings today said it would raise Rs 1,200 crore from the market by issuing securities. "The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 09, 2014 has approved raising of funds for an amount not exceeding Rs 1,200 crore through issuance of securities, including equity shares or equity-linked securities, including through a qualified institutions placement...," the company said in a BSE filing.
