  Launch - Panama has some of the sushi you've ever had. Which should not come as a surprise because we're found between two oceans. Well for those customers arriving at Panama here are a few of them:
  
  * Martini Sushi Club - This restaurant is situated inside the Radisson Decapolis Hotel on Avenida Balboa next to Multiple Centro Mall near Punta Patilla. Their hours are Noon to Mid-night Mon.-Fri., and 1PM to 1AM Sat. and Sun. Expensive but good.
  
  * Matsuei - This excellent restaurant is found in El Congrejo (The Crab). It is right across street from E-l Granda Hotel, about 2 blocks from the Veneto Casino Hotel. The restaurant has a great dcor and gives you a lot of bank for the buck. They teach a how to make sushi school here which really shows you how to make sushi and needless to say you get to consume what you make. Their hours are Mon. - Sat. 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM, Sun. 5:30 - 10:30 PM.
  
  * Sake - Here is the hottest coolest sushi restaurant found inside the Torres de Americas building, among Panama latest and most modern structures across the street from Multiplaza Mall. They have valet parking. Make sure no parties have been in progress before coming. Large plasma screen TV monitors are included by their dcor displaying a lot of fish swimming around. Either you'll like this or you will not. They have a Mount Fuji desert which is a volcano seeking pastry desert filled with ice-cream that they light burning with an alcohol. Good. Their hours are: Mon. - Fri. Noon - 11:00 PM, Sat. 1PM to 11:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM & 6PM to 10PM.
  
  * Sushi Itto - That one is located in the Obarrio neighbor hood. It's a good simple dcor. Food is great. Their hours are: Mon. ? Thurs. Noon to 11:00 PM, Fri. and Sat.   * Sushi Express - This is the chain of sushi restaurants that offers to your house and is conveniently positioned in most of the mall food courts plus other spots about town. Maybe not too bad but far from gourmet. Interesting sauces around the sushi. Great tempura. Their hours vary but will usually be open 7 days a week.
  
  * Benihana - Yep the Benihana persons opened at Multi Plaza Mall. They do have a sushi bar. It had been very active. They'd lots of these grills with the cooking gaining a sideshow catching eggs in their hats etc. We do need to return and take to the grill (teppanyaki), which we heard was excellent. For them to provide late diners hours will match the mall and then some.
  
  * Fuji - Based in San Francisco by Via Brasil. It has a simple dcor however the food is not so simple. Their hours are: Mon. - Sat. Noon - 2:30 PM & 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sun- shut.
  
  Advice - Decide to try all of them and have some fun.
