Group items tagged

I've successfully enabled mod_rewrite on two sites hosted elsewhere using the same config and htaccess coding, but can't get it to work with my bluehost site.

I realise that many things come into play as limiting factors etc, network, connectivity, rooting etc etc but im not sure how else its possible to see if there would be any improvement

Has anyone seen hits like this in his logs? I've been getting a lot of them lately, from all over the place, but only on one of my sites.
