From time to time, Paypal releases paypal coupon codes which provide discounts or no fees or free transaction charges.

I'm trying to setup Paypal Website Payments Pro (Express, Direct) which I thought would be trivial as magento has options for it in the control panel.

I'm starting a new host and trying to work out what payment system is best suited. Form what I can tell, both offer recurring billing and both have parsle site integration.
