Provides games and activities for students to develop their knowledge of foreign languages. Hello World has games and activities in nine languages including Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese. Not all of the games and activities are free, but enough of them are free to warrant listing as a good place for free learning activities.

This is soooo cool! Go in and check out the 12 minute tutorial video. You will not believe all that this tool can do and it's free. Not only can individuals create and share flash cards, but they can test themselves. You can also add sound to this tool. If you selecte the spelling option you can create spelling flash cards that use sound. There is a translation tool built into this for foreign language teachers or ESL teachers or for students learning a new language. You have got to check this out!

This program offers classroom teachers streaming video resources with a focus on Asian history, culture, and language arts. The Asian Studies Collaborative provides all Pennsylvania school districts with free access to Learn 360.

This site provides flashcards, hangman, crosswords, wordsearches, and more in different languages. The best part is that students can export to cell phones, PDAs, or iPods. Teachers and students can create their own items too.
