This is one of Kathy Scrock's websites. I wanted to investigate it because I just finished the Intro to iPad class. One great thing I found on it were different rubrics for assessing apps -and one is even for students to fill out. There are links on the site for
Collaborating with the iPad, Critical evaluation of apps, iPad creations, iPads in the classroom, Creating with the iPad, Teaching and Learning with the iPad and Digital Storytelling with the iPad (to name a few). There is even a list of links with more iPad resources and educational links.

I chose this as one of the blogs to review for Unit 5. The creator of this blogs is a teacher and IT person from Georgia. She has a lot of information about conferences that you could register for, but also some neat ideas about lessons on technology. One blog was about using costumes and labels to dress kids up as parts of the computer system (like firewall or virus) and there was one for adults -text message abbreviations. (I did not know that SMH was "Shaking my head".
