I like this site because it has a nice collection of poetry sites.  Some of the links do not work, but www.poetry180 is a decent collection of poems geared for high school readers.

Choose from the list they've provided and add your own words to create phrases, sentences or poems. I think this app would be perfect for a poetry station or a challenge activity for fast finishers.
