The articles is about integrating technology into after school programs. The parents wants their children to get involve into technology in school. Technology is another way for them to connect into students study in to their education. The NCLB act was a law use for all students to have access or opportunity in using technology in the after school program. So the 21th Century Community Learning Center was for the NCLB act providing all students with resources to use after hours or during weekend.
