This is a website that I use to buy many of my textbooks for school. They are usually much cheaper than the bookstore prices. Sometimes, I buy CDs and DVDs from this site.

I think this is a good site for those looking for new books to read.  I'm assuming most people in the writing arts major are interested in reading, and I know personally I'm always trying to find new books.

The IRA is a professional organization for teachers. Members have access to numerous sources about reading and education, including peer-reviewed journals and publications, conferences, research, and networking. One of the best things about IRA is that you can select the publications of your membership based on the age level you teach (there are publications geared specifically to young learners, elementary, and secondary).

This would be a great site for teachers who want to incorporate writing into their classroom in a fun and silly way that would keep the students interested.  This site could even be used by the students during the school day in the classroom during their "centers" time.
