Verizon Business today announced several enhancements to its VoIP portfolio including certification of an additional Nortel IP PBX for Verizon's IP Trunking, availability in Europe of automatic call rerouting for VoIP customers, and a new VoIP Interoperability Lab where business customers can "test drive" products to check compatibility of their premises equipment with Verizon's VoIP or IP Contact Center products.
