      This is an new art form my Mom introduced me to.  Check it out.  It is a mix between zen meditation and art.  She is really good at it, me with a 6 month old not so good- my mind doesn't seem to rest or meditate at all.

    There is some interesting information here but I am not sure if the site is being maintained. I loved the Why Connect movie - especially when the showed the word "passion" and inserted a "t" after the i... Pass it on... I am totally stealing this for a book promotion I am doing.
