There have been lots of rumors about when the Motorola Droid X, the Droid Incredible and the Motorola Droid would be getting their scoop of Froyo and the latest one has them all getting it next week.
If haven't heard, the Motorola Droid 2 is on sale this very moment and to help steer you towards it, Motorola has released a pretty good video preview of the device.
The Motorola Droid X has had volume issues since it was released. Motorola promised an update, it hasn't come. Owners hoped that Froyo would correct the issue, apparently, it didn't.
While Google is giving plenty of lip service to the opportunity to "support and expand the Android ecosystem" with Motorolas resources, not the least of which are its tens of thousands of patents, Motorola also makes an awful lot of products that could be of interest to Google.
