Basic Truths For a Successful Technology Integration Plan: Education really doesn't like change, whether it is "top-down" or by "local consensus". As in any organization on this planet, you will always have 10-15% of individuals who won't like any-thing to do with change, plain and simple. So, you need to focus on the those who are willing and wanting. The Early Adapters are not, repeat, not the people that need the most of the support.
