We are looking to use them mostly with google apps, so not much to install. I think we'll go with an open office application as a back up if apps isn't available.

I'm currently compaing the Acer one note and the Asus seashell models.

Right now the seashell has the lead. I like the feel of the keyboard, the way the bumps on the trackpad work and its n speed wireless card. I also like the $337 price from Amazon.
