This article argues that overpopulation is not the problem, and that humans have the ability to sustain life with the use of technology. What do you think? If these findings were true, would you support them?

This is an opinion piece, so it is definitely not unbiased. It also appears that Friedman makes a few assumptions. For example, it says that the United Nations Security Council is meaningless because of China and Russia. However, the point of the Council is to have opinions from countries with differing interests from ours. While these interests may be greedy and inhuman, the Council is not meaningless because of them.

My general instinct in relation to technology is that were too dependent on it. I see people attached to their phones and computers instead of human interaction, and I feel that they are replacing travel or experience with these too. It's human's natural impulse to stay with the comfortable and technology gives us a convenient way to do this. This reminds me of another article I read (a few years ago) about how technology is decreasing our nostalgia, and makes people desensitized to the past and their human experience.
