    That is so disturbing....I mean, I don't use webcams often, but just the fact that they were able to get away with this proves that we need to fight against government agencies who are infringing on our privacy

    It's sad because this is just a reported case of this happening, this is most likely happening on a massive scale in countries and agencies across the world, completely unreported. It's unfortunate that we really can't do anything about this.
