  I thought this article was interesting because it the idea of rape on college campuses been recurring in the headlines recently and wanted to read an op/ed on this issue. The question that comes to my mind is why does this issue keep recurring in our society?

  It seems like this issue is regularly talked about yet the magnitude and importance of the situation hasn't fully gone into the minds of society especially on college campuses. It is an issue that still needs to be talked about, so I think that any press regarding rape will help bring much-needed awareness.
