  Beginning around next fall, the Supreme Court will have to deal with one of the largest controversies in the U.S., abortion. The court will be taking into account the 43 restrictions issued in 2012 regarding mandating unnecessary medical procedures, increased regulation of abortion providers, hospital privileges, and later abortions.
