  I think this is a great idea, and hope it's implemented world-wide. There's no reason not to reuse a capped landfill. What do you think?

  I think this is a brilliant use of all of the space that landfills take up and should definitely be used as much as possible throughout the U.S. The capped landfills make the perfect spaces for them and allow the bulky panels to be completely out of the way. The fact that "more are popping up each day" shows that this idea is being capitalized on and gives these "eye-sores" another purpose.
