  Cool article. It's always interesting to track the development of new legalization laws. I wouldn't go so far to say that the U.S. has lost the war on drugs. I think that, to continue the analogy, it would be more accurate to say that we need to make peace with one of many enemies. I think that in moderation, and with proper regulation, there is nothing wrong with legalization. However, it is in the execution of those things that potentially dangerous situations might arise.
