In order to quell terrorism, the U.S attempts to stultify the flow of cash to radical groups. In Kenya, Somali money-- marked by terrorism-- results in  economic depression due to the extortion of money by Kenyan officials. In fact, about 5% of Kenya's GDP has been tainted by Somalian terrorist groups. Furthermore, Kenyan police have made questionable arrests with little evidence to support terrorism.
