This is a cool site. Evernote allows students to log on to see the daily lesson plan. Students are not surprised by what is going to happen in class that day.

Very simple daily lesson plan template. This template can be typed or hand written daily and printed off. Key activities and feedback can simply be checked off.

It's summer here. I should be relaxing by a pool somewhere...instead I'm working ESY and already planning stuff for next year. But I enjoy it so I can't really complain. I have been thinking about what worked this year and what I need to improve on for next year.
