Do you know that based on a report 80-acre of kids are not properly seated in the car seat and thus many kiddies get un-necessarily injured in car accidents. Still most of us do not worry about using safe baby car seats for the children. So let's follow some basic tips so that individuals can prevent our babies from getting involved in an accident.

The biggest mistake which you parents often make, isn't to bother whether the seat is right for your child's age and whether he is facing the right direction.

    a) Bear in mind babies must be in a rear facing toddler only seat or convertible seat until they're 1 year old and weigh twenty pounds. Children whose weight remains less than 20 pounds despite one year should also carry on to face backwards.

    b) When a young child is above 1-year in age and weighs over 20 pounds then he/she may be seated in a forward facing car seat, until they're 40 pounds of weight. Kids over forty pounds should be put in to a strip positioning booster seat and they should generally stay in it until they are a minimum of 8-years old.

    c) Parents always remember not to use the car's regular seat belts to your child until they can fit properly when your child is about 80 kilos and is 4ft 9 inches high. Regular seat belts should not be used by your child until the shoulder strap fits across not his throat and his shoulder, and the lap belt fits across his hips and not his belly.

    d) You should perhaps not allow your child to sit in the front-seat until he/she is over 12 years

    e) Remember! Do not use seat, that has its funnel straps too loose or in the wrong place, always lock the seat belt properly using a locking clip, secure the seat belt correctly and don't place a baby seat in how of an air-bag.

    f) Always make sure that the harness chest show of the infant seat is positioned at your child's armpit level, the harness straps are right, the rear-facing straps are positioned at or a below your child's shoulders, the seat is reclined at about a 45 degree angle and never place an in a baby restraint in the front seat of a car. To compare more, we recommend people check out: research window breaker seatbelt cutter.

    H) When you are using a rear-facing convertible seat, see vigilantly whether the harness straps are positioned at or a below your child's shoulders, the harness chest show is at the armpit degree, the harness straps are direct and the seat is reclined at a 45-degree angle.

    h) While using a forward facing convertible seat, watch out the harness straps are situated at or slightly above your child's neck, the straps are straight and the harness chest clip's position is just about your child's mid-chest or armpit area.

    i) You can only utilize a forward facing mixture chair if the harness straps are situated at, o-r slightly above, your child's shoulders and you should stop using a guard enhancement when your baby is 40 pounds.

    T) If you desire to use a belt-positioning booster seat, first be sure that you're using the lap/shoulder strip combination with a belt-positioning booster. Never use merely a lap belt. Subsequently, the shoulder belt should sleep across the chest and finally the lap-belt must remain across the lap or upper leg region and not across the stomach

Finally, do not use a child car seat that: a) was included in a collision, b) more that ten years old, c) doesn't have a brand with its date of manufacturing, n) doesn't have instructions, e) has a crack in its shape or has some part missing.
