    The link above is a RCT study about post stroke patients receiving injections of OnabotulinumtoxinA and rehab versus post stroke patients receiving the injection and no rehab to improve motor recovery. Conclusion: Following injection of BoNT-A, adding a program of rehabilitation improved motor recovery compared to an injected group with no rehabilitation.
