This Super Villain was designed by Bob Kane and Bill Finger and was inspired by the Kool cigarettes mascot, a penguin with a top hat and cane. When the Penguin first came out, he was to be more of a "gentlemen thief" as opposed to psychotic like the rest of Batman's bad guys. There was also times when he tried to make it look like he was trying to go legit and help Batman instead of fighting him. But it never lasted.

In the 1960s, Catwoman's catsuit was green in color, which was typical of villains of that era. In the 1990s, she usually wore a skintight purple catsuit, before switching to a black PVC catsuit that recalls Michelle Pfeiffer's costume in Batman Returns. Ed Brubaker, the writer behind the 2001 revamp of the character, has stated that Selina's current costume was inspired by Emma Peel's iconic leather catsuit in The Avengers TV series. Halloween is the one night of the year when you get to dress up and be someone else. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year. I love to see the kids coming to the door in their cute little costumes. I love to see all the houses decorated up with the ghost, goblins and witches.I was always torn between wanting to stay at home and see all the kids come to the door and taking my kids out myself and watching them have a blast. A new study published in HealthDay News shows that 120 kids each day are rushed to the emergency room for tub related injuries, children age 4 and under accounting for most of these accidents.This doesn't even take into account the kids with minor injuries that never went to the hospital.
