However, I suggest that Pula uses Artificial Intelligence even more especially if they can create a system that explain their service to the customers in a very clear way. Human agents sometimes don't operate objectively because they might get emotional and make the company lose a significant customer but it's not always the case for sure. So, I suggest a mix of AI and human agents.
