Susan Inman on 27 Feb 12This article is long-ish, but it brings up one of my biggest concerns about technology and whether or not we should use it so much. It talks about they way kids' brains are changing to a multi-tasking mode, leaving them unable to focus for a longer period of time on any one thing. How does our work respond to this? If our kids are always on their screens, and then we start using them a lot in school, we are increasing their screen time. But then, our approach is more "focused and academic," right? Does that make it ok?
