  Luxury condominium 8 St Thomas has taken home the Silver award in the high-end residence category at the 5th China Real Estate Design Award, which was held on April 26 and 27 in Pudong, Shanghai. Last year, the condo also won the Gold award at the 2018 New York City Design Awards.

  
  

  The freehold development is located on Saint Thomas Walk in prime District 9 and was launched for sale in August last year. It comprises two 35-storey towers, and a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments and two penthouses.
