     (5) Listen to the guest's opinion and answer the guest's difficult questions. 


    (6) Try to meet the special requirements of residents, such as valet packaging their items. 


    (7) Responsible for all telephone inquiry and counter inquiry matters. 


    (8) Keep baggage relocation can provide prompt and friendly service. 


    (9) Acting on luggage storage matters and issuing luggage request labels.
