In the production process of masterbatch and modified plastics, Fischer-Tropsch wax contributes to filler dispersion and excellent smoothness during mixing; it can also be used as an external lubricant for PVC; it is an ideal wax used in adhesives; some can in the place of PE wax by less dossage.

The Fischer-Tropsch Waxes are made from carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the presence of the selected catalyst. Generally, the feedstock is produced from coal or natural gas. The final synthetic waxes tend to be saturated, straight-chain hydrocarbons. Their very linear molecular structure results in high melting points, low viscosity, and good hardness.

KH FT WAX 100 is the coal-based Fischer-Tropsch wax by hydrogen refinery. It has low oil content and good high melting point. It's the excellent external lubricant in molded plastics.
