The modifications and variations for each exercise make the workout accessible for everyone from clients that are just coming out of physical therapy, to clients that want to push their limits every single time.

Short Box Series. Used by advanced clients to challenge the short box series normally experienced on the reformer on the ladder barrel instead. By reducing the support round the body, the exercise becomes more intensive and challenging.

Dhyana studio equipped with reformers and towers, wunda Pilates chairs, spine correctors and a wide variety of props like: fitness circles, light weighted, free weights, flex bands and resistance bands for the buddy and legs, all the props make the classes really fun and challenging!!
