Colin Kroll, the co-founder of popular iPhone game HQ Trivia, and video hosting service Vine, was found dead in his New York City apartment on Sunday, apparently as a result of a drug overdose. Kroll's death came to light after his girlfriend contacted the police, suspecting something was amiss.
Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), M&A deals in distressed asset sales worth around $14.3 billion were done since the code became functional in December 2016, according to data from Kroll and Mergermarket.
