With GMR issuing a directive saying that air cargo which had cleared customs but could not be airlifted because of cancellation of flights specially from Europe and America due to volcanic ash is subject to payment of storage charge, Indian exporters specially from Delhi got another hammer on their head. This was stated by S. P. Agarwal, President, Delhi Exporters Association.
