Non-financial rewards present a smorgasbord of desirable extras for the organizations. These do not directly increase the employee's financial position but rather add attraction to life on the job. We will identify a few of the more general possibilities but creation of these rewards is limited only by HRM's ingenuity and ability to use them to motivate desirable behavior.
