  The much-anticipated private preview of Rivière by Frasers Property drew about 450 groups or about 1,000 people to its sales gallery on Zion Road over the weekend of May 25-26.

  
  

  A new mixed-use development, Rivière will have two luxury residential towers with 455 units, and a low-rise four-storey development containing 80 serviced apartments adjacent to three historic, 100-year-old warehouses that will be conserved and restored. One of the warehouses will be converted into the lobby and reception area of the serviced apartments.
