The newcomer often sees that the three-phase voltage regulator is a behemoth and does not understand its internal circuit structure, so it feels impossible to start. Here we first introduce the block diagram of the internal circuit structure of the three-phase regulator, and then clarify how to repair the three-phase regulator with a single-phase power supply.


    Block diagram of the circuit structure of the three-phase regulator The three-phase communication regulator is actually a combination of three single-phase servo regulators. The circuit block diagram is shown in Figure 1. Each single-phase voltage regulator is quasi-AC220V input, AC220V regulated output. The phase line of the regulated output voltage of each phase is controlled to output through the communication contactor, and the coil of the communication contactor is controlled by a normally open contact of a relay in each phase voltage regulator circuit in series to control the power supply. Abnormal operation of any one phase of the three-phase voltage regulator will cause the corresponding relay contact to be closed, so that the coil of the communication contactor is de-energized, and the output terminal of the voltage regulator has no output voltage.


    Repair method: When the three-phase communication regulator is faulty, there is usually a fault in one phase. If the three-phase circuit is faulty at the same time, even the transformer used for voltage stabilization may have a short-circuit burnout phenomenon, and the burnt transformer exceeds two phases. Users will abandon patching. For single-phase faults, it can be handled according to the method of repairing single-phase voltage regulators. For example, the user advises that the three-phase voltage regulator has no output voltage, and the B-phase circuit does not work after power is turned on (the user's three-phase voltage regulator should have a three-phase power supply in the application site, and it can be found which phase the fault occurs in). The phase regulator circuit is energized. The specific operation method is to connect the 220V mains power to the two terminals "B" and "N" in the communication input terminal in Fig. 1 to detect the power supply and repair it according to the repair method of the single-phase voltage regulator. The basis for determining the repair of the faulty phase voltage stabilizing circuit is that the servo motor can drag the carbon brush to rotate according to the level of the input voltage; the regulated 220V voltage can be measured at the B-phase terminal of the upper port of the outlet contactor KM.


    The repair of the faulty phase voltage regulator circuit is completed, and the three-phase voltage regulator is connected to the power supply, as shown in Figure 2. Short-circuit the three terminals A, B, and C of the three-phase voltage regulator communication input terminal into one terminal, and combine it with the N terminal to connect to the AV220V mains and connect the power supply. If there is no fault in the three-phase voltage stabilizing circuit, the outlet contactor of the voltage regulator will be electrically activated at this time, and the voltage between the voltage stabilizing output terminals shall be measured with the AC250V block of the multimeter. The voltage between the AN, BN, and CN shall be 220V, no voltage can be measured between the three terminals of ABC, because we input a single-phase 220V power supply. Such a patch declares success.


    If the regulator is energized with AC220V voltage phase by phase after the fault is removed, it can also be judged whether the operation of the phase is normal by observing the operation of the servo motor of the corresponding phase, but three wiring and three energization experiments are required, which is more troublesome and not yet Determine whether the operation of the outlet contactor and its control circuit is normal.
