    Lesley, Thanks for the ready to use forms. I particularly like the Get to Know Your Class form and the Prior Learning Assessment form. I think I will be able to apply these two to my future art classes.

    It was interesting. I'm not sure I'd use it in the classroom, but I could share this with our guidance counselor and I'm sure she'd make good use of it.

    I beleive the forms for gathering background on your students is very beneficial. Asking them to provide critical information like their learning style can be essential to enhancing the learning experience in class. Background forms like these are critical to understanding your students and that is one of the most important things to being an effective educator.
