This is a very interesting project. There was a presentation at UM 10 days ago by one of the creators, Todd Presner.

For NYC and Berlin group this can be quite useful because it provides rich historic maps during 1940s and 1970s. May help you identify the project.

The New York Real Estate Brochure Collection was donated to Avery Architectural & Fine Arts Library by Yale Robbins, Henry Robbins, and David Magier in 1986. The collection consists of over 9,200 advertising brochures, floor plans, price lists, and related materials that document residential and commercial real estate development in the five boroughs of New York and outlying vicinities from the 1920s to the 1970s.

thermal renovation of residential complex dieselweg After fifty years untouched, the residential complex erected around 1950 in the style of Viennese inter-war residential buildings of the former Steyr-Daimler-Puch estate in Dieselweg, Graz, its extension buildings from the 1970s, and the green space in between have now been subjected to an extensive renovation project.

The surrounding neighborhood consists mostly of apartment blocks that date back from the 70's. The buildings are large with enough space in-between and plenty of greenery. Because the whole area is built in relatively short period of time and not very long ago, it lacks the typical historic layers of the city center.
