I would like to propose a parking-friendly application especially for cars but also for motorcycle and bikes.

It would be a sort of knowledge sharing for parking :
- where to park for free
- when it is free or not
- when you can't access to the parkings
- tricks
- where and when the "police municipale" comes to check
- where there are damage spots for your car
- where there are safe spots to park
- where to park for disabled persons
- and so on...

It would be like a map divided into zones where people can add/share their knowledge and experiences. Maybe threw a web page or maybe threw an application.

Parkasense is a new application developped by the french society Smartgrain that propose an easy parking for citizen. It lists the free park places around you and tells you where you can park. You reduce the time you take to search your parking and you reduce your pollution. I ve seen it on the news monday i think.
