    after 2 weeks of waiting they finally sent me a reply. guess what i recieved in the mail? a paper saying :thank you so much for taking the time to contact our company direct with your inquiry. We appreciate your comments and wish to hook you up with some monster stickers.
    We value you as a consumer and hope that you will continue to enjoy our great-tasting beverages. really thisd is what they send to all thier costumers . they didnt even read the letter ,just sent me some stickers to make me feel better. this really does show that they care alot
