It suggests that "[...] with the adoption of [video] techniques it is anticipated that the University of the Future will cater for a blended learning environment where students can choose the amount of virtual as opposed to direct contact they wish to have with their lecturer," and that "student reaction suggests that the provision of such mobile learning is preferred in many cases to compulsory direct interaction."
