This is currently the quickest way to see what is taught at each level in the NGSS. Clicking on a topic in a grade opens the standard to see the performance expectations, and that will help a teacher know what and how to teach that standard.
The online version of the NGSS is interactive and quite detailed. This page has a video showing how to read the standards as well as a link to a PDF explaining how to read the NGSS.
