    Milk has always been one of the most significant sources of nutrition. It is good for the health of children and easily digested by the elders.     • Fodder and feed- the fodder, which is given to the cows, should be in accordance with the International Standards.
    • Increasing immunity- if even one livestock is disease it spreads to other cows. Hence it is important that the cows are given proper medications to recover them faster. It is also necessary to take the services of a veterinarian to ensure their god health.

    Even when all the above precautions are taken it is observed that cows fall ill due to Mastitis disease, which infects their udders. Then it is also observed that the calving rate of cows is very less. And for the farm to develop and gain profit it is important for the cows to have a good calving rate and low mortality rate. There are many farms wherein medications and injections are given to increase the milk production. But the fact that this technique has a bad impact on the milk quality has subsides its use.
