Merit-based and need-based general scholarships are awarded, in the amount of $1,000 - $3,000, to qualified high school graduating seniors, undergraduate students, and graduate students who demonstrate both significant motivation and aptitude for a career in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

"The Bob & Kristen Tallman/Reno Rodeo Foundation Scholarship is a $2,500 scholarship awarded annually to a graduate of a of rural Nevada high schools who attends the University of Nevada, Reno."

Power Poetry is offering one $1,000-2,000 scholarship to a young poet who expresses how they were introduced to poetry and why they write.
