We could probably put together a whole list of stuff that showcases how Trump's world is a perfect reflection of F Scott Fitzgerald's observation that the rich truly are not the same as the rest of us, that Trump in no way is in touch with what most of the country values, that Bernie and Trump could not be more different expressions of two paths forward in the USA.
