As an educator I also want something hands-on that I can use NOW with my students. This site has software, links, articles, tutorials, and activities! I hope others can find it useful too!

Tanya, I researched this site for a previous class and ended up forwarding it to the chair of our Special Ed department. I speak with her about what they are doing in the classroom, and she shared that technology was a huge part of their day. We recently recieved a grant for more computers for her classroom. Great site!

There are lots of links, but many are 404s. Too bad, but this page is very old, and for me -- only 2 out of 9 links were still active. With so much current info available, it would be wise to offer this link with a caveat about dead links.

Dustin bookmarked an article about Proloquo2Go. This product offers speech communication assistance on an i-phone or i-touch. My Proloquo2Go bookmark demonstrates Diigo's Highlight feature. None of you used it in the assignment. But it is a powerful way to bookmark specific material. OK.. this is not exactly pure Web 2.0 AT, but it is an example of bookmarking a specific section of a page by using Diigo to highlight & bookmark the highlighted section.
